Move from New York to Boston

Haven’t had a better moving experience. The initial interaction with Andre was flawless - he took into consideration the timing of our move and did everything to work with my schedule. The day of the move - the movers were on time and priced my stuff over trying to get the job done with. They were careful with items and packed everything to my satisfaction. I’ve worked with Braha moving a few times and it has always been a favourable experience. Highly recommend.

Highly Reccommended.

I used Braha for a short notice move from Brooklyn to Philadelphia. The workers were professional, friendly, efficient, careful and fast. I had many boxes and storage bins and the workers handled it with ease. They were very experienced. The times quoted were accurate and there were no hidden costs. The customer service skills were outstanding and from beginning to end I felt valued as a customer. I highly recommend Braha for your moving needs.

Long-distance move from Brooklyn, NY to Philadelphia, PA

Loved the workers. The company? Not so much.

I hired Braha for a move from Brooklyn to Philadelphia. When the movers did not show up during their 2 hour arrival window, I called customer service. After being placed on hold, I was disconnected and any time I called pack, no one picked up. After 30 minutes, I finally connected with a dispatcher who informed me the moving truck had broken down and the company had no alternatives. They had to find another company to loan them a truck and then drive it from outside NYC to Brooklyn. This forced my move to start 3 hours late. As a result, I hit Friday evening traffic in NYC, New Jersey and Philadelphia - something I had planned ahead to avoid. A move that was supposed to take 5 hours ended up taking the entire day.

I understand unforeseen issues come up, but I don't understand why a moving company would not have a spare truck or at least be prepared for truck malfunctions. On top of that, they should have at least called to inform me of the issue instead of me having to call back multiple times to figure out if my movers were ever going to show up.

The saving grace of the day were the movers themselves. Ty and his team were courteous, careful and efficient. They moved into and out of third-floor walk ups on a hot day without complaint. They got to Philadelphia before me and showed no frustration at having to wait 30 minutes to be let into the apartment. They were great.

Well done job.

I have moved several times, but lately was recommended by my friend to check with Braha Moving about upcoming relocation.My sales rep Lavina was very professional and details oriented about each part of move. Quote, process and some random questions.Movers did also great job and took extra steps to pack everything very thorough and nice looking.Delivery crew in Florida gave me heads up 48 hr before delivery.Delivery day was as easy as abc.Guys showed up on time and set my apartment quickly.No damages or loss. like I like.Would recommend to others.

Seemed Great - Wasn't.

I know that everyone hates their movers, but after my 4th cross country move Braha was the worst I've dealt with. Their quote ended up being half of the actual charge, but by the time they are there to pick up the house, there is little choice left than to pay the extra $3,000. I had more things poorly packed and broken than any of my other moves. Things like paintings stretched, tall glass vases broken, and more. Honestly, the majority of our boxes looked like someone had dropped them from the truck - squished on the bottom with broken everything. Bad communication, bad estimate, bad delivery. Pay the extra and go with a big-name mover, it'll wind up being the same price in the end.

Wonderful service!

We used this company yesterday. The initial video survey was really professional. The quote for the work arrived promptly and whilst they were not the cheapest, we were happy to instruct them to move our belongings. The man who moved us were friendly, helpful to the extreme and an absolute credit to the company. The best we have ever worked with overall.

We have done national moves with United, Allied, etc. and have seen it all - good and bad. So, we were very nervous about how things would go. This team is at the top of the list in terms of professionalism, listening to needs, attention to details, care in wrapping items, moving them and loading them on to the truck. They worked well as a team and had a positive approach and attitude the entire time. We worked with Allegiance in advance on the inventory of items to be moved so that there were no surprises on either side. We had no issues whatsoever and are very pleased with the results. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks.

They always do a great job!

I have used Braha Moving Systems personally and even referred them to my parents when they moved a couple of weeks after my move. Company goes above and beyond what is expected of them and do an excellent job. They are always punctual, fast and professional! They were awesome in getting things to the right place. They wrap everything up in moving blankets and stretch wrap so I had no damages.

Recently hired Braha Moving Systems for moving my 2 Bedroom apartment. Marlon and Trevor did a fabulous job is moving all my stuff in minimal time. They are very nice men!

The crew from Braha Moving Systems showed up on time, were extremely courteous, and worked as fast as I've ever seen movers work. I showed the crew to our apartment and proceeded to show the team leader where they would be moving it to. By the time we got to the elevator, the crew had already moved two large stacks of stuff to the elevator area. For a company that bills by the hour, you'd never know it. They were fast, efficient, and courteous. Not sure what more you could ask from a moving company.

They were fantastic!

The guys totally worked their butts off, literally running at times from the truck to the apartment. Pleasant, friendly and professional. I rescheduled my move at the last minute for a day earlier than already scheduled and they didn't even bat an eye. On the day of the move, they were actually early and called me to let me know. I hate moving, but with Braha Moving Systems it isn’t half as bad. The crew showed up on time and had my family all moved in the time frame we were hoping for. My shipment of boxes was delivered today. It was nothing less than an amazing and wonderful job done by these people. Braha Moving Systems crew worked as long as we needed them to unpack boxes and put assembly items together. They did a great job. Would absolutely recommend them!

I was moving from PA to FL and that was only possible because of Braha Moving Systems. My husband's colleague used their services once and was very happy. We had over deal done and they helped me move. The only problem I faced that there was not much but a slight attitude problem in few of their workers as I was asking them to double wrap something which was expensive and they denied doing it until their manager came and talked to them. But still somehow everything went well.
